LGBT+ History Month 2017 saw two sibling exhibitions take place at Aire Place Studios and Inkwell Arts. These exhibitions celebrated some of the fantastic Queer talent based in Leeds and beyond.
Curated by Luna Morgana, the exhibitions primarily featured Trans and Non-Binary artists as they are often the most marginalised or erased members of the community. They are given far fewer platforms and opportunities.
The exhibitions took place in spaces that are known for supporting Queer people as well as people with mental health issues.
